this summer, we want your company or organization to join the movement!

Since 2011, KentuckianaWorks, our region's workforce development board, has been recruiting and partnering with employers to participate in SummerWorks.

From industry-leading corporations to neighborhood businesses, organizations of all size have benefited from participating in SummerWorks. Employers such as ComputerShare, GE Appliances, Hilliard Lyons, Humana, Kentucky Kingdom, Kindred Healthcare, Kroger, Louisville Zoo, Norton Healthcare, Thorntons and UPS believe strongly in the value of the program.

This season, ALL SummerWorks youth are taking a Job Readiness training course so they’ll be prepared with the soft skills they need to be a productive asset to their workplace. Employers can also post their positions and communicate with candidates directly on our new platform.
